Sound artist Christophe Charles is part of The Representation of Weather within a SynthesisedMaterial Space research project, a collaboration between artists and researchers at the Department of Imaging Arts and Sciences at Musashino Art University (Tokyo), and the School of Art at RMIT. The exhibition at Project Space Spare Room Gallery, entitled Borrowed Landscapes, investigates ways in which weather events transform urban and natural environments, and the industrial infrastructure and technology used to control and harness their effects.
This project acknowledges the support of the RMIT Foundation, MUSABI and the Bogong Centre for Sound Culture.
